Youth Training

Our youth group training sessions are designed to help young athletes build skills, boost confidence, and improve overall performance. Training is held twice a week for just $160 per month, providing consistent, high-quality coaching to support their athletic growth.

Jump Training

Enhance your jumping skills with our specialized training program! Focused on long jump, triple jump, and high jump, our sessions are designed to improve your technique, power, and overall performance. Choose the plan that fits your goals: 1 session per week for $160 per month, 2 sessions per week for $320 per month, or 3 sessions per week for $480 per month. Join us and take your jumping abilities to the next level!

Family Training

Stay active together with your family! Starting at just $280, you can include up to three members, with each additional member only $20. Choose from 10 sessions ($280), 15 sessions ($360), or 25 sessions ($525)—and no matter which package you select, you have a full 3 months to use all your sessions. Enjoy quality time, stay motivated, and work toward a healthier lifestyle together. Join us and make fitness a family affair!

Adult Track& Field Training 

Join our Adult Individual Training Program with three flexible tiers to fit your goals: 1 session per week for $160 per month, 2 sessions per week for $320 per month, or 3 sessions per week for $480 per month. Choose the plan that works best for you and stay committed to your fitness journey!

Adult Group Track & Field Training

Join our Adult Group Training program and train with a team of 3 to 5 people for just $35 per person, per session, with payment made upfront each month. Groups can choose from 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month, helping you stay consistent and committed to your fitness goals. Monthly booking ensures you and your group stay motivated, support one another, and build lasting results together.
